Chilean OSW delegation welcomed to the UK

In June 2025, the Viento Azul Biobio development team welcomed a delegation from Chile to the UK around the RenewableUK Global Offshore Wind conference. The team were delighted to share their UK and global development and supply chain expertise and make introductions to key UK-based stakeholders to support further first-hand discussion on how the UK Offshore Wind industry has evolved, how the UK developed offshore wind around ports, share key lessons learned and experience on how the UK have successfully developed and continue to grow an offshore wind industry.

Nothing beats finishing a fact-finding trip, than getting offshore to see blades spinning and to see first-hand what Chile's future in Offshore Wind could look like!
